Setting Document Type

All PDF template files will generate PDF output documents.

If you are using Word template files, you can choose whether your output documents generate as Word files (.docx), PDF files, or both. By default, both Word and PDF versions will be generated. To change this, click on the document's name under Output Documents. Then, make your selection.

This setting determines which file types are displayed on the final screen of your workflow. File types included in automated emails will be set separately.
